Seeding
Nasturtium plants can spread up to 6ft., and therefore require a significant amount of space to grow. To plant nasturtiums, make one hole in the soil in the middle of your grow bag, and plant 2-3 seeds to increase the chances of germination. Thin to 1 plant once they have sprouted.

Harvest
Flowers are edible when fully open. Leaves are edible at any time. Immature seeds are edible when plump and pale green. All parts of the plant have a bright peppery flavor.

Garden Tips
With their round leaves, and bold, trumpet-shaped flowers in red, orange, and yellow nasturtiums are both ornamental and edible. Their flower shape is excellent in attracting bees and hummingbirds, and their peppery flavor adds a unique twist to salads.
