Seeding
Mustard requires a moderate amount of space to grow. To plant mustard in your grow bag, make four evenly spaced holes in a square formation. Place 2 seeds in each hole, about ¼” deep. Lightly cover the seeds with soil and water. Once the seedlings have sprouted, thin them to 1 strong plant per hole.

Garden Tips
Mustard greens transform as they grow, offering a range of flavors and textures. The leaves of young plants are tender and mild, while mature plants have larger and spicier leaves that are more robust. The condiment mustard, as we commonly know it, is made from seeds produced after the mustard plant flowers. The seeds are ground into a powder and combined with a liquid to create the spicy paste we enjoy.
