Halls of Ivy Academy is a Memphis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers communities through gardening, food education, and entrepreneurship. Its programs help residents grow food, build small businesses, and reconnect with the land.
Halls of Ivy Academy serves over 300 residents annually through programs like Seed 2 Market and the Frayser Urban Garden, winner of the City of Memphis Beautification Contest. In partnership with Black Seeds Urban Farms, Cadence Bank, Big Green, and UTHSC, we’ve launched 25+ youth-led food products, turned vacant lots into teaching gardens, and expanded food access while promoting entrepreneurship and wellness.
