Growing Home Inc. provides affordable, nutritious food and food education to improve community health, serving over 3,700 residents annually through our USDA-certified organic urban farms. Our mission is to foster health, economic opportunity, and food access in Englewood through sustainable farming and workforce development.
Growing Home operates three USDA-certified organic farms in Englewood, producing over 35,000 pounds of vegetables and herbs annually and distributing more than 161,000 individual servings of produce. Through our Food Access Program, over 3,700 residents benefit annually from affordable, nutritious food, including weekly produce boxes delivered to 75+ households. Our employment training program provides green job skills and hands-on experience in urban agriculture, supporting both workforce development and health equity in a historically underserved neighborhood.
